Code of Practice
Accredited Operators of the IPC who issue parking charges within the private sector are required to subscribe to the AOS and adhere to the IPC Code of Practice.
The IPC Code of Practice defines the core standards necessary to ensure transparency and fairness. It does this by complementing the existing laws concerning parking enforcement on private land. It is designed to enhance the conduct and culpability of Accredited Operators in order to increase consumer confidence and raise standards within the private parking industry.
