What is ParkProtect?
The ParkProtect standard, a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing the standards of parking locations across the United Kingdom. This initiative is designed to protect landowners, parking operators and the public whilst addressing the growing need for compliant, efficient, and user-friendly parking facilities.
For over 10 years, the IPC have been at the forefront raising standards in private parking, ensuring that all sites meet the highest standards of compliance and quality through our rigorous auditing process.
There are currently in excess of 5000 sites that have received the ParkProtect standard making it the largest scheme of its type in the UK.
The initiative will ensure that all parking locations adhere to the highest standards of compliance and regulation. By setting a benchmark for excellence, ParkProtect will help to eliminate substandard parking facilities and promote best practices across the sector.

Dispute Resolution
All ParkProtect sites will adhere to a 2 stage appeals process where a motorist can challenge the validity of a parking charge, and a 2 stage complaints process should a motorist want to complain.
