This articles assumes you have already successfully lodged your complaint. If you haven't, please follow the instructions here.
To view your complaints, you'll need to login. To do this, you can either click 'Login' at the top of the screen, click the 'Login' button on the Complaints page, or login here.
Once logged in, you'll see a list of your complaints. The status will be displayed to the right of the subject. A complaint with the status of 'Pending' is currently being reviewed by an administrator. When the status of the complaint is 'Please Respond', it means the administrator requires more information from yourself.
To reply to an administrator or to simply view your complaint, click on the subject (circled in red).
