The recent case of VCS Ltd v Ward has very important ramifications for parking operators by extending the Supreme Court decision in ParkingEye v Beavis to "No Stopping" zones.

Provided there is ample and correctly worded signage, the Supreme Court decision in ParkingEye v Beavis applies equally to "No Stopping" scenarios as it does to car park overstayers.
